It's time to brush our teeth! Do you know why? Our teeth help us munch apples, giggle big smiles, and say all our favourite words. If we keep them lovely and clean, they stay strong and sparkly.
Charlotte helps a little bee make brushing feel friendly. Turn the pages together at bath-time or bedtime.
Little tips for grown-ups
- Brush together — little ones love to copy grown-ups.
- Sing the little song for two whole minutes.
- A pea-sized blob of children's toothpaste is plenty.
- Twice a day: after breakfast and before bed.
